History
Inaugurated in midst of 2003, Mexicano Restaurant Bar has brought a new proposal in Mexican culinary to Curitiba. Working with the rodizio system, unique in its segment until now, Mexicano opened the doors of its first store in Curitiba, on the Campina Siqueira neighborhood, in a thematic environment that offeres quality food, service, and fun. Mexicano offers a 370m² area with private parking.
After two years of operation and a warm welcome of the public, in 2005 Mexicano inaugurated its second store in the Reboucas neighborhood, in a central region, of easy access and excellent location, with a 400m² area and two parking lots for better commodity of our clients. With this second store, Mexicano Restaurant Bar becomes a reference in the Mexican gastronomy segment in the city of Curitiba.
In 2008 Mexicano inaugurated its third store, also in the Reboucas neighborhood. This time, a new proposal was launched, denominated the 3rd generation. Mexicano Restaurant Bar consolidates with a “new” Mexican gastronomy network and becomes known as Mexicano Bras-Mex Grill, being the first Mexican restaurant in Brazil to develop the Bras-Mex culinary, the fusion of two of the richest cosines in the world, reflecting the origin of Mexican food in the reality of Brazil.
In its three locations, it is possible to observe thematic environments and elements of the Mexican culture, brought especially to transport you into the magical land, strong and vibrating, full of colors and flavors. The entire decoration of the Mexicano chain is signed by the internationally renowned artist Joao Moro, who designs, paints and sculpts exclusive pieces for us, being recognized by his versatility, contemporary style and knowledge of diverse techniques existent in this field.
Bras-Mex Concept
The Bras-Mex concept is a mixture of cultures, environments and habits with the evolution of various gastronomies. It deals with the fusion of two of the richest cosines in the world, reflecting the origin of Mexican food in the reality of Brazil. It delivers the Mexican flavor adapted to the Brazilian taste, suggesting a healthy and rich diet, free from agro toxins, steroids and trans fat of which all the process of production passes through a rigorous quality control.
With this modern proposition, socially responsible and with all the pleasures of a beautiful gastronomy, Mexicano Bras Mex Grill gives birth to a new concept of healthy foods for the planet and its future generations.
